What Kateion is
Kateion finds public posts in which businesses describe a situation, such as a price rise from a supplier, an outage or a hire, and sends a link to them to companies that may be able to help. We only use posts that are public, we link instead of copying, and we never guess who an anonymous account belongs to.
What happens when you ask
- We delete the item and anything we derived from it.
- We add your account or company to a do-not-contact list so it is not picked up again.
- We tell each customer who received it that you asked to be removed and must not be contacted about it.
- We confirm by email once it is done.

How do I remove my post from Kateion?
Send the link to your post through the contact form (subject: Remove a post), or email hello@kateion.com. You do not need to give a reason.
How fast is it removed?
The same working day, and we confirm by email once it is done.
Will customers who received it be told?
Yes. We tell every customer who received it that you asked to be removed and must not be contacted about it.
Can my post be picked up again later?
No. Your account or company goes on our do-not-contact list, so it is not picked up again.
Do you delete everything about it?
Yes. We delete the item and anything we derived from it, such as scores and notes.
