1. Who we are

This website and the Kateion service are provided by Ivan Popov, a sole trader based in Larnaca, Cyprus (“Kateion”, “we”). Contact: hello@kateion.com.

2. This website

The content here describes our service and is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Example posts, companies and figures on the site are invented and labelled as examples.

You may link to and quote this site with attribution. Do not copy it wholesale or use it to build a competing service.

3. The service

Kateion provides customers with lists of businesses that have publicly signalled a need, such as switching a supplier or hiring, each linked to the original public post. A paid subscription is governed by a short written agreement with each customer; where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

  • Pilot: the one-week pilot is free and ends by itself.
  • Subscription: billed monthly in advance, cancellable at the end of any month. Prices are shown on the site or in your agreement and exclude VAT where it applies.
  • No guarantee of results: we deliver checked signals, not customers. We do not promise any number of leads, replies or sales.

4. How you may use leads

If you receive Kateion lists, you agree to:

  • contact a business only with something genuinely relevant to what it said, under your own name, sent by a person;
  • send no spam, bulk or automated messages, and follow the law that applies to your outreach, including e-privacy and anti-spam rules;
  • honour any opt-out at once, and every removal we pass on to you;
  • not resell, publish or republish the lists or the posts they link to;
  • not try to identify anonymous accounts or obtain personal contact details that were not made public.

We may suspend a feed without refund if these rules are broken.

5. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, but signals are based on public posts we do not control and may be incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Paying customers are told about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
